Keeps a 7-quart round insert of soup, chili or sauce hot at the serving line, in an insulated drop-in well.
The Hatco HWBI-7QTD is an insulated drop-in round heated well for a 7-quart (7-liter) round pan. It is 10.31" in diameter and 9.71" tall, and mounts through the top of the counter with EZ locking hardware. A 3/4" NPT drain makes emptying and cleaning easy. Order it for 120V, 208V or 240V single phase.
Specify 120V, 208V or 240V when you order: the well is built for one voltage.
The insulated well holds a 7-quart round pan and keeps heat in the well instead of the counter.
The thermostat monitors actual temperature and heats only when needed; a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch keeps your preset temperature.
A 3/4" NPT drain empties the well for cleaning; ball and gate valves are sold separately.
Hatco designs these wells for wet or dry use. Let the well cool before switching modes.
Easy access to the heating element and thermostat speeds service if a part is ever needed.
In a non-combustible counter, cut a 9-9/16" round hole. In a combustible counter, cut an 11" to 11.25" square opening and use the accessory mounting kit.
Choose 120V (500 W, 4.2 A), 208V (536 W, 2.6 A) or 240V (600 W, 2.5 A), single phase. Specify it at order.
No. It is hard wired through a 36" conduit to the control box (72" optional). A cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug is a factory option for 120V units.

Hatco's limited warranty covers the metal-sheathed heated well element for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Other parts carry Hatco's standard 18-month limited warranty. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of factory shipment to qualify for added coverage.
