The Hatco HWBI43-1DA is a single insulated 4/3-size (12" x 27") drop-in heated well, 15.5" W x 30.375" D. The deeper well holds four third-size pans, two half-size and one third-size, or one full-size and one third-size pan. Its own thermostat and lighted On/Off switch sit in a remote control box on a 6 ft conduit. It has a 3/4" NPT drain and an auto-fill system that tops up water automatically. It runs on 208V or 240V, single phase.
The well is 30.375" deep front to back: check your counter depth before ordering.
The 4/3-size well is 12" x 27", deep enough for four third-size pans, two half-size and one third-size, or one full-size and one third-size pan.
A thermostat with a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial keeps food at the set temperature for longer.
Insulated well cavity, stainless steel construction and solid brazed drain fitting joints; EZ locking hardware for quick installation.
A 50% larger 3/4" NPT drain with a flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level.
The auto-fill system fills and replenishes water without staff checking the level.
Elements or thermostats change quickly if ever needed.
Cut the countertop 14.19" to 14.37" wide and 29.188" to 29.438" deep. The unit is 15.5" W x 30.375" D x 9.62" H. Leave at least 3-1/2" below the unit to any combustible surface.
208V or 240V single phase; three phase is not offered on the single-well HWBI43-1 series. It draws 5.9 A at 208V or 5.1 A at 240V, 1215 W.
No. It is hard wired as standard. Hatco offers a factory cord with a NEMA 6-15P plug, single phase only, at time of order.
This is a single-well unit. Hatco builds the same 4/3-size wells in ganged units of 2 to 6 wells (HWBI43-2 to -6) if you need more.
Hatco's limited warranty covers the metal-sheathed heated well element for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Other parts carry Hatco's standard 18-month limited warranty. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of factory shipment to qualify for added coverage.
