Hatco HWBIBRT-FULD Built-In Full-Size Heated Well, Insulated, Bottom Mount, Drain, UR Fabricator Component
An insulated full-size heated well built as a UL Recognized component, for fabricators building their own steam tables.
The Hatco HWBIBRT-FULD is an insulated full-size (12" x 20") heated well supplied as a UR and C-UR fabricator component: it comes with a thermostat control, lit rocker switch and 36" capillary, but without the conduit and control box enclosure. The fabricator builds it into a custom counter and obtains the UL approvals. It has a 3/4" NPT drain. It is 13.84" W x 22.09" D x 10.26" H, 1200 W at 120V, 208V or 240V single phase.
For fabricators: the finished counter needs its own wiring enclosure and UL approval.
Supplied without conduit and control box enclosure, so a fabricator can design the steam table around it. The fabricator obtains UL approvals.
The RT control has a thermostat, lit rocker switch and 36" capillary; a 6 ft capillary is a factory option.
Insulated full-size well holds heat in and keeps the surrounding counter cooler.
A 3/4" NPT drain with a flat screen simplifies cleaning and keeps pans level.
Rounded pan corners are standard; square pan corners can be ordered at time of purchase.
The well is UL Recognized as a component. It ships without the conduit and control box enclosure, and the fabricator who builds it into a counter must obtain UL approvals for the finished unit.
Cut a flanged opening 12.03" W x 20.03" D in a non-combustible counter. The control needs a 2.125" W x 3.375" H opening.
Choose 120V (10.0 A), 208V (5.8 A) or 240V (5.0 A), single phase, 1200 W. Specify it at order.

Hatco's limited warranty covers the metal-sheathed heated well element for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Other parts carry Hatco's standard 18-month limited warranty. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of factory shipment to qualify for added coverage.
