Hatco HWBLI-43 Drop-In 4/3-Size Insulated Heated Well, Low Watt 750W, 120V
A low-watt 4/3-size heated well that holds hot food at safe serving temperatures in your serving counter.
The Hatco HWBLI-43 is a drop-in 4/3-size heated well, insulated on the sides and bottom. It holds four 1/3-size pans, a full-size plus a 1/3-size pan, or other combinations with adapter bars. This low-watt version runs on 120V at 750 W and 6.3 A. It comes with a remote compact thermostatic control box with a lighted ON/OFF rocker switch and temperature dial and a 36" flexible conduit.
Leave at least 3-1/2" from the bottom of the well to any combustible surface.
A separate lighted ON/OFF switch and temperature dial let the well hold a preset temperature.
The insulated well conserves energy and keeps heating temperatures more consistent.
Hatco built-in wells run wet or dry; Hatco recommends wet operation for consistent food heating.

Yes. Hatco recommends wet operation with hot tap water up to 1-1/4" deep. Let the well cool to room temperature before switching between wet and dry, and preheat about 30 minutes.
Hatco gives 1 year parts and on-site labor, plus 1 additional year parts-only on the metal-sheathed heated well element.
