A 27.9" wide two-shelf hot holding display that keeps wrapped grab-and-go food at serving temperature.
The Hatco HXMS-24D is a slant dual shelf Heated LED Merchandiser for convenience stores, cafeterias, concessions and self-serve hot food counters. It holds hot packaged food with infrared heat from above and a thermostatically controlled heated base, while LED lights show the product on each shelf. Hatco designs it for short-term holding of pre-heated food. It runs on 120V and comes in Designer Black.
The cord leaves the unit at the left rear on the server side. Allow 3" of space from the back of the unit to a wall.
Infrared heat from above holds hot packaged food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and impulse sales.
A thermostatically controlled, hardcoated heated base keeps food warm from below. Temperature knobs set the heat.
High-efficiency LED lighting on each shelf lights the food and uses less energy.
Hinged glass side panels are held by magnets and swing out for easy cleaning.
10 stainless steel product divider rods ship with the unit to separate items; more are sold as an accessory.
120V at 1,400 watts and 11.7 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 6 ft. cord.
Each shelf has 22.34" x 21.75" of usable heated space. The unit ships with 10 divider rods.
No. Hatco says food must be wrapped, boxed or on a food pan, not placed directly on the hardcoat surface. The unit is for holding pre-heated food only.
Yes. An Indicating Temperature Control is a factory option. It adds 1-7/8" to the depth of horizontal models and 1-3/4" to slant models. Its setpoint range runs from room temperature to 158°F.
Designer Black is standard. Warm Red, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green and Antique Copper are factory options, and non-standard colors are non-returnable. Red LED post lighting, customer-side sneeze guards and plexiglass flip-up doors are also factory options.
Hatco gives an 18-month limited warranty from shipment or registration, whichever is later, with 24/7 parts and service assistance in the US and Canada. Glass and LED parts are excluded.
