The Hatco IWRM-C1-1317-06 is a Palletti countertop induction warmer in an all black, ultra-thin 2.24" high housing. Five warming settings cover sauces to fried foods, and Pan Sense Technology turns the unit on only when a suitable pan sits on top. This stand-alone model has the higher 600 watts for large volume holding. It remembers the last setting when switched back on and plugs into a 120V NEMA 5-15 outlet.
Keep it out of curtains and other combustible materials, and away from anyone with a pacemaker while in use.
Arrow keys step through five levels. Hatco suggests low settings for cream sauces and chili and the highest for fried and baked foods.
