No. Buy the faucet separately. The backsplash has 2 holes on 8" centers, and Koolmore says it fits an 8" center wall-mount commercial faucet with a gooseneck or swing spout.
A basket strainer for each bowl fits the 3.5" drain opening. Koolmore lists a 1.24" drain line connection. The drain pipe is not included; connect it to your plumbing with a pipe joint.
