The Maxx Cold MXCPP70HC is an X-Series refrigerated pizza prep table with two doors, a stainless steel exterior and a powder-coated aluminum interior. The rail takes 9 pans (1/3 size), included. A 17.75" deep polyethylene cutting board gives you room to build pizzas, and 22 cu. ft. below holds dough and backup ingredients at 33°F to 41°F. It rolls on four 3" swivel casters and plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15 outlet.
