The Moffat Turbofan DSKG32 is the double stacking kit for the Turbofan G32D5 full-size digital gas convection oven, for bakeries and restaurants short on floor space. It is a stainless steel base stand on four adjustable feet with a stainless steel oven spacer frame and a flue extension for the bottom oven. Two ovens on the kit stand 71.25" high in a 28.88" x 33.75" footprint.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat's G32D5 spec sheet lists it for stacking two Turbofan G32D5 full-size digital gas convection ovens. Moffat's accessory page also lists the earlier G32D4.
Are the ovens included?
No. This is the stacking kit only. Moffat's G32D5/2 double stack is two individual ovens plus this kit, assembled on site.
How tall is the stack?
Two ovens on this kit stand 71.25" high, 28.88" wide and 33.75" deep. The bottom oven sits 7.5" off the floor and the top oven 40.63".
Is there a caster version?
Yes. The DSKG32C kit stands the same two ovens on 4 swivel casters, two of them locking.
What is in the kit?
A welded stainless steel base stand on 4 adjustable feet, a stainless steel oven spacer frame and an aluminized steel flue extension for the bottom oven. It ships knocked down in one 47 lb carton.
What gas and power do the ovens need?
Each oven has its own 33,000 Btu/hr burner with a 1/2" NPT gas connection, for natural gas or propane, and plugs into a 110-120V outlet (NEMA 5-15P, 1 A). Plan a gas connection and an outlet for each oven.
How much clearance does the stack need?
The same as the ovens: 3" at the rear, 2" on the left and 3" on the right from combustible or non-combustible surfaces, 12" from heat sources, and 20" for service on a fixed installation.
