The Moffat Turbofan DSKE32 is the double stacking kit for the Turbofan E32D5 and E32T5 full-size electric convection ovens, for bakeries and restaurants short on floor space. It is an all stainless steel base stand on four adjustable feet with an oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. Two ovens on the kit stand 67.75" high in a 28.88" x 33.75" footprint.

Questions buyers ask
Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat's spec sheets list it for stacking two Turbofan E32D5 (digital) or two E32T5 (touch screen) full-size electric convection ovens. Moffat's accessory page also lists the earlier E32D4.
Are the ovens included?
No. This is the stacking kit only. Moffat's double-stack models (E32D5/2, E32T5/2) are two individual ovens plus this kit, assembled on site.
How tall is the stack?
Two ovens on this kit stand 67.75" high, 28.88" wide and 33.75" deep. The bottom oven sits 14.13" off the floor and the top oven 42.25".
Can I add casters later?
No. Moffat says casters cannot be retrofitted in the field for this adjustable-feet kit. If you need a mobile stack, order the DSKE32C caster kit instead.
What is in the kit?
A welded stainless steel base stand on 4 adjustable feet, a stainless steel oven spacer frame and a stainless steel bottom oven vent extension. It ships knocked down in one 35 lb carton.
Does each oven need its own power supply?
Yes. Moffat lists the electrical requirements per oven: 208V, 28 A or 220-240V, 27 A, single phase, with no cord supplied, so each oven is wired by an electrician. The optional moisture injection needs a cold water line with a 3/4" GHT connection per oven.
How much clearance does the stack need?
The same as the ovens: 2" at the rear, 2" on the left, 3" on the right, 12" from heat sources, and 20" for service on a fixed installation.
