The Moffat Turbofan M236060 is the optional core temperature probe kit for the Turbofan E32, E33, E35 and G32 Series convection ovens. It includes a plug-in core temperature probe, a probe holder and a dust cap for the oven's probe socket. With the probe fitted, the oven can cook to a set core temperature instead of a set time.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat lists the M236060 as the optional core temperature probe kit on the spec sheets of the Turbofan E32D5, E32T5, E33D5, E33T5, E35D6-26, E35T6-26 and G32D5, including their stacked and stand versions.
What is in the kit?
Moffat's manuals list a PT1000 core temperature probe, a dust cap for the core temp socket and a core temperature probe holder. Moffat's accessory page describes it as a plug-in probe, panel plug and probe holder.
What does it do?
It enables the oven's core probe cooking mode. On the E33D5, plugging the probe into the connection point on the control panel side turns the timer display into the core temperature setting, and cooking ends when the probe reaches the set temperature.
What temperatures can I set?
Moffat's spec sheets for the digital E32D5, E33D5 and G32D5 give a core probe range of 122-194°F.
Does it fit older E32D4 or G32D4 ovens?
