Pegasus electric fryers for kitchens without a gas line. FRC-10E and FRC-20E countertop fryers hold 10 lb or 20 lb (dual tank), FRHC-15E and FRHC-30E heavy-duty countertop models 15 or 30 lb, and FR-40E, FR-50E and FR-75E floor fryers 40, 50 or 75 lb of oil. All run on 208V; most ship 3-phase and convert to single phase.
