Two 48" x 36" stone decks in one 66" Firestone electric oven.
The Pegasus FS66E-2 is a double deck 208V electric pizza oven from the Firestone series for high-volume pizzerias and bakeries. Each 48" x 36" refractory deck has an 8" deck height, and a thermostat runs it up to 752°F on 22.5 kW at 208V. Top and bottom heat are controlled separately, and the oven stands on heavy duty steel legs.

Plan for a 47" deep space plus the back clearance and a 208V circuit sized by your electrician, and measure every doorway on the delivery path. Your local code may require it under a ventilation hood.

How hot does it get?
The thermostat goes up to 752°F, per the current Pegasus spec sheet.
What power does it need?
208V, 60 Hz, 22.5 kW. It draws 62.5A (31.25A + 31.25A) on 3-phase or 108A (54A + 54A) on 1-phase, and it is field convertible from 3-phase to 1-phase.
Does it come with a plug?
The spec sheet lists a rear electrical connection but no cord or plug type. Plan for an electrician to connect it.
Can I use it on 240V?
Pegasus lists it for 208V only. Call us before ordering if your building has 240V.
Is there a single deck version?
Yes, the FS66E-1 has one deck of the same size.
How close can it go to a wall?
Against non-combustible walls it needs 0" on the sides and 2" at the back. Against combustible walls it needs 1" on the left and 3" on the right and back.
