The Serv-Ware SGSB-36 is a 36" gas salamander broiler for restaurants that need to finish steaks, melt cheese and brown gratins quickly. Six infrared burners heat from above, and a spring-balanced grill locks at 5 heights so you control how close food sits to the heat. The grill rolls out for loading and cleaning, a stopper keeps it from falling off, and a stainless crumb tray catches drips. A wall mounting kit is included; range mounting brackets are sold separately.
