Sapphire equipment stands for griddles, charbroilers and countertop cooking: SMES stands from 12" to 96" long and 24" or 30" deep with a 16 gauge 400-series top, a splash guard and an undershelf, plus SMEMS machine stands from 24" x 24" to 36" x 30". G models have galvanized legs; S models stainless.
