The Sapphire SMS-1818D is designed for commercial kitchen washing and utility tasks. Its 54-inch width and 23.5-inch depth accommodates 1 sink compartment.
Each bowl measures 18" side to side and 18" front to back, with a 14" rim-to-drain depth. The left & right-hand drainboards provides a separate staging surface beside the bowls.
Position the sink to suit the order of washing, rinsing and staging at the station. Bowl size, drainboard position and the base material distinguish this model from similar Sapphire sinks.
