Description
The Sapphire SMTEB-2472S provides a 72-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep stainless steel work surface for commercial kitchen preparation, portioning and staging. This configuration combines a 5" backsplash with an adjustable undershelf for supplies stored beneath the top.
The top is made from 18-gauge type 430 stainless steel, while the base uses stainless steel. The 5-inch backsplash forms a rear barrier at the work surface, making this version useful along a wall or beside a preparation line.
The undershelf can be positioned to accommodate the height of stored containers while keeping frequently used supplies close to the work area. A beveled square edge identifies this series.
When comparing Sapphire work tables, match the 72 x 24-inch surface, top gauge, base material and backsplash to the intended station. The nominal working height and overall height with a backsplash are different measurements; check the manufacturer drawing for the installation envelope.
