The Dukers DSP29-12M-S1 is a one-door mega top prep table for sandwich shops, delis, salad bars and small pizza or taco lines. The top holds twelve 1/6-size pans in three rows, with 6.56 cu. ft. of 33-41°F storage below. It is under 30" wide, plugs into a standard 115V outlet and rolls on locking casters.

Dukers' width does not include 1/5" on each side for the cutting board pins, and the depth does not include 1" of rear bumpers. Its drawing shows 28 3/4" W × 45 3/4" H, slightly less than the table; plan for the larger numbers.
12-pan mega top
Three rows of four 1/6-size pans, 6" deep, come with the unit, under a hinged lid that keeps toppings cold between rushes.
Storage below
A 6.56 cu. ft. stainless cabinet with an adjustable coated shelf holds backup pans and bulk ingredients.
Service-friendly
The compressor sits at the back, in the coolest part of the unit, with a dust-resistant condenser for easy servicing.
Self-closing door
The door closes on its own and stays open past 60° while you restock. Dukers covers the hinges for life.

Are the pans and cutting board included?
Yes. Twelve 6" deep 1/6-size plastic pans and a 29" × 9" cutting board come with it.
What outlet does it need?
A standard grounded 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15). It draws 2.0 A and 225 W. Don't use an extension cord; Dukers' warranty excludes damage from extension cords or wrong voltage.
How tall is the work surface?
About 36": the cabinet is 29 7/8" tall and sits 6 1/8" off the floor on its 6" casters, per the Dukers drawing. Overall height to the top of the lid is 46".
Where is the compressor?
At the back of the cabinet, which Dukers places in the coolest area for easy servicing. It uses a 1/5 HP compressor with R290 refrigerant and a dust-resistant condenser.
What does the warranty cover?
3 years parts and labor plus 2 more years on the compressor (5 years compressor total), from the purchase date or 36 months after shipment from Dukers, whichever comes first. Units installed in a vehicle or food truck get 12 months parts and labor. Door hinges carry a lifetime warranty. Not covered: residential use, damage from extension cords or wrong supply voltage, a dirty condenser coil, and units used in Hawaii or Alaska.
Will it fit through my door?
The unit is 29 1/8" wide, 31 1/2" deep plus 1" bumpers and 46" tall on casters. Measure doorways and turns on the way in.
