The Dukers DSP60-24M-S2 is a 2-door mega top prep table for sandwich shops, delis, salad bars and taco or burrito lines. The top holds twenty-four 1/6-size pans, with 14.33 cu. ft. of 33-41°F storage below. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet and rolls on locking casters.

Dukers' width does not include 1/5" on each side for the cutting board pins, and the depth does not include 1" of rear bumpers. Its drawing shows 45 3/4" H, slightly less than the table's 46"; plan for the larger number.
24-pan mega top
Twenty-four 1/6-size pans, 6" deep, come with the unit under an insulated hinged lid that keeps toppings cold between rushes.
Storage below
14.33 cu. ft. of stainless cabinet space with 2 adjustable coated shelves holds dough, backup pans and bulk ingredients.
Service-friendly
The 1/5 HP compressor sits at the back, in the coolest part of the unit, with a dust-resistant condenser for easy servicing.
Self-closing doors
The doors close on their own and stay open past 60° while you restock. Dukers covers the hinges for life.

Are the pans included?
Yes. Twenty-four 6" deep 1/6-size plastic pans come with it, along with the 60" x 9" cutting board.
What outlet does it need?
A standard grounded 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15). It draws 2.4 A and 280 W. Don't use an extension cord; Dukers' warranty excludes damage from extension cords or wrong voltage.
How tall is the work surface?
About 36" from the floor, per the Dukers drawing. Overall height to the top of the lid is 46".
Where is the compressor?
At the back of the cabinet, which Dukers places in the coolest area for easy servicing. It uses a 1/5 HP compressor with R290 refrigerant.
What does the warranty cover?
3 years parts and labor plus 2 more years on the compressor (5 years compressor total), from the purchase date or 36 months after shipment from Dukers, whichever comes first. Units installed in a vehicle or food truck get 12 months parts and labor. Door hinges carry a lifetime warranty. Not covered: residential use, damage from extension cords or wrong supply voltage, a dirty condenser coil, and units used in Hawaii or Alaska.
