The Structural Concepts GHSS460H is a 51" wide Fusion heated self-service case, 59-5/8" tall and 31-3/4" deep. It holds preheated, packaged hot food on a heated deck and 3 heated shelves, with LED top and shelf lights so shoppers can see what they grab. It is hard-wired on 208V or 240V, single or three phase; at 208V single phase it draws 22.29 A.
Measure every doorway on the delivery path; the case is 31-3/4" deep and 59-5/8" tall.
Dry heat comes from the heated deck and 3 heated shelves; Structural Concepts rates the zone for packaged heated product at a 160°F warmest average product temperature.
LED lighting with a frosted lens comes standard in 3500K, with 4000K available.
Stainless steel interior and rear exterior, laminate exterior in stock colors and a 1" Boston bumper in your color.
Ships with a solid back panel; reflective glass rear sliding doors are an option.
Full end panels with a stainless steel mirror interior come standard; cutaway glass ends are available.

It is built to hold preheated, packaged hot food. Structural Concepts' manual calls for food at 140°F to 165°F, heated to 150°F to 160°F before it goes in the case. It will not heat cold food.
Structural Concepts lists a 34" minimum door opening without the shipping skid. The case is 51" W x 31-3/4" D x 59-5/8" H.
Yes, on the 4 ft. model only. The fourth heated shelf is the GHSS460H-4 configuration and raises the electrical load; ask us for the -4 specs before you order.
Turn it off and let it cool for 45 minutes before cleaning, per the Structural Concepts manual.
