A 30-inch dipping cabinet that ships fully assembled with sneezeguard, tub baskets and casters, ready for ice cream service.
The Summit NOVA22PDC is a 30" wide flat top ice cream freezer made for Summit by Elcold in Denmark. A clear polycarbonate sneezeguard with a light sits on top, and two tempered glass lids slide on ball-bearing glides. Two wire baskets with plastic lids hold 4 standard 3-gallon tubs, with room for 2 more underneath, for 6 tubs in all. The external digital thermostat sets -13°F to 23°F and comes preset to -4°F. Summit lists it as UL-S to NSF-7 for commercial use.
