The Summit NOVA45 is a 15 cu. ft. commercial ice cream freezer made for Summit by Elcold in Denmark. Two tempered glass lids slide on ball-bearing glides, and the flat top keeps the cabinet low and simple to load. An outside digital thermostat sets anywhere from -13 to 23°F (factory set at -4°F), and three epoxy-coated wire baskets come with it for novelties. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet and is UL-S listed to NSF-7 for commercial use.
