The Dukers DUC36F is a 2-door undercounter freezer for restaurant lines, bars, cafés and food prep areas where floor space is tight. It holds 0 to -8°F with digital controls and automatic defrost, and plugs into a standard 110V outlet. The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out and rolls on 5" casters, 2 locking.

Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the unit is 31 1/2" deep and 36" tall on casters. Leave the rear compressor vents open.
Rear compressor
The 1/3 HP compressor sits at the back, which Dukers places in the coolest area for easy servicing, with a dust-resistant condenser.
Digital control
An LED display shows the cabinet temperature, and automatic defrost keeps the 0 to -8°F range without manual defrosting.

What outlet does it need?
A standard grounded 110V outlet (NEMA 5-15). Dukers' sheet does not list the amps; call us if you need the figure for circuit planning. Don't use an extension cord; Dukers' warranty excludes damage from extension cords or wrong voltage.
How cold does it get?
Dukers rates it at 0 to -8°F, set on the digital control. Defrost is automatic.
Will it fit through my door?
The unit is 36" wide, 31 1/2" deep and 36" tall on casters. Measure doorways and turns on the way in, and allow 16 1/8" in front for the door swing.
Where is the compressor?
At the back of the cabinet. It uses a 1/3 HP compressor with R290 refrigerant; keep the rear vents clear.
What does the warranty cover?
3 years parts and labor plus 2 more years on the compressor (5 years compressor total), from the purchase date or 36 months after shipment from Dukers, whichever comes first. Units installed in a vehicle or food truck get 12 months parts and labor. Door hinges carry a lifetime warranty. Not covered: residential use, damage from extension cords or wrong supply voltage, a dirty condenser coil, and units used in Hawaii or Alaska.
