The Serv-Ware UCF-27-HC-T is a 27.8" one-door undercounter freezer for restaurant lines, cafes and delis. It stores 6.5 cu. ft. at -10°F to 10°F behind a self-closing stainless steel door and stands 35.5" high on its casters. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet, is ETL Sanitation listed and carries a 3-year parts and labor warranty.

Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 27.8" width. Serv-Ware's installation drawing shows 1.97" (about 2") of space to the side and rear walls. Keep the unit away from heat sources.
Holds -10°F to 10°F
The electronic thermostat and digital LED display give accurate control and an easy reading. Defrost runs automatically every 6 hours.
Stainless steel cabinet
A stainless steel exterior, with a painted aluminum interior, ABS side panels and a 304 stainless steel floor.
A door that closes itself
The self-closing door stays open past 90° for loading, and the magnetic gaskets replace without tools.

Will it fit under my counter?
It stands 35.5" high with the casters installed (32.36" without them). That is close to a typical 36" counter height, so check the clear height under yours carefully. Measure from the floor to the underside of your counter before you order, and leave room above and around the unit for air to circulate.
What outlet does it need?
It uses a NEMA 5-15P plug on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase, and draws 1.9 amps, so it plugs into a standard wall outlet.
Will it fit through my door, and how much room does the door need?
The cabinet is 27.8" wide, 29.9" deep and 35.5" high with casters, and ships at 175 lbs. Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 27.8" width. With the door open it needs 54.59" from the back of the cabinet.
What temperature does it hold?
It holds -10°F to 10°F. An electronic thermostat with a digital LED display lets staff set and read the temperature, and the unit defrosts automatically every 6 hours and evaporates the condensate water on its own.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers parts and labor on the entire unit for 3 years and the compressor for 5 additional years (part only), for commercial use; labor coverage applies in the United States. Serv-Ware also sells an optional 2-year extended parts and labor warranty, which can be bought up to six months after purchase with proof of sale.
How do I keep it running well?
Clean the condenser coil regularly: the warranty does not cover failures caused by a dirty condenser or missing maintenance. Door gaskets are wear items, and the magnetic gaskets replace without tools.
Can I use it outdoors or at home?
No. Serv-Ware designs it for indoor use in a climate-controlled room with good air circulation, away from heat sources, and the warranty excludes residential use.
