The Fagor FUR-27-N is a 27-3/4" undercounter refrigerator with 1 door for restaurants, cafes, bars and food trucks that need ingredients and prepped food close to the work. It holds 9.5 cu. ft. at 33°F to 38°F, and Fagor designs it to hold temperature in kitchens up to 100°F. It breathes from the front, so it can be built in under a counter, and it plugs into a standard 115V outlet at 1.5 amps.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 27-3/4" width. The unit breathes from the front, so keep the front grille clear when you build it in.
Front breathing refrigeration means air enters and leaves at the front grille, so the unit can sit flush between counters or against a wall.
A 1/10 HP self-contained system on R290 refrigerant, with an analog thermostat, rated to hold 33°F to 38°F in 100°F environments.
