The Fagor FUR-72-D4-N is a 72-1/2" undercounter refrigerator with 1 door and 4 drawers for restaurants, cafes, bars and food trucks that need ingredients and prepped food close to the work. It holds 25.4 cu. ft. at 33°F to 38°F, and Fagor designs it to hold temperature in kitchens up to 100°F. It breathes from the front, so it can be built in under a counter, and it plugs into a standard 115V outlet at 3.0 amps.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 30-1/8" depth plus the 1" bumper. The unit breathes from the front, so keep the front grille clear when you build it in.
Front breathing refrigeration means air enters and leaves at the front grille, so the unit can sit flush between counters or against a wall.
A 1/3 HP self-contained system on R290 refrigerant, with an analog thermostat, rated to hold 33°F to 38°F in 100°F environments.
Full-extension stainless steel drawers on heavy-duty slides. Each takes one 12" x 18" x 4" deep box, or one half-size and one third-size pan; pans are sold separately, and 2 pan dividers come with the drawers.
