The Fagor SUR-93-D4 is a 32-1/2" deep undercounter refrigerator for restaurant lines, delis, cafes and caterers. Four drawers hold 12" x 20" x 6" pans, two per drawer, and one solid door opens onto 2 epoxy-coated shelves, all held at 33°F to 38°F. The flat stainless steel top gives you prep space right above the food. It runs on a standard 115V outlet at 3.0 amps and rolls on 5" casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 32-1/2" depth plus the 1" bumper. The compressor sits on the right side and the system is side breathing for built-in use, so keep the grille on the right end clear.
A 32-1/2" deep body with 26.5 cu. ft. inside. Fagor rates it to hold 33°F to 38°F in normal operation.
Heavy-duty full-extension drawers each take two 12" x 20" x 6" pans and come with 2 pan dividers. Pans are sold separately.
