The BUNN 58000.0003 ULTRA NX frozen drink machine pairs two 3-gallon hoppers with a standard handles, white & stainless configuration. Separate hoppers provide two flavor positions for a non-carbonated frozen beverage menu, with six gallons of combined capacity.
Beverage monitoring and a reversing auger help maintain the selected frozen texture. The interface prompts staff about cleaning and maintenance, and a quick-defrost function supports service. R290 refrigeration is used throughout this configuration.
This manual-fill configuration is replenished by pouring product into the hoppers. Staff can manage each flavor separately as demand changes. Standard dispensing handles distinguish this version from the extended-handle configurations.
The 120V configuration should be installed with the clearances and electrical supply specified for this model. Follow the operating manual for mix preparation, sanitation and routine maintenance. An optional chilled-product faucet is an accessory, rather than an included standard feature.
