A 2-tank high-temp rack conveyor that washes 348 racks an hour on 0.28 gallons per rack.
The Champion 100 PRO is a 100" 2-tank rack conveyor with a 36" heavy-duty prewash ahead of a 64" wash and power rinse section for hotels, hospitals, schools and busy restaurants. Champion rates it at 348 racks per hour (NSF), up to 6,960 dishes per hour, using 0.28 gallons per rack and 100 gallons per hour at most. Order it with a built-in 12 kW (40°F rise) or 21 kW (70°F rise) booster to run on a 110°F hot water line, or without a booster on a 180°F supply. It runs on 3-phase power and is built in left-to-right or right-to-left versions.
Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path: the narrowest side is the 26-11/16" depth, and the crate is about 116" long.
NSF-rated at 348 racks per hour with a 9.6 ft/min conveyor. Pot and pan mode slows it to 4.6 ft/min, one rack at a time.
Water use is 0.28 gallons per rack and 100 gallons per hour at most. The energy sentinel shuts the pumps off when the machine sits idle.
Order the built-in booster for a 70°F rise (21 kW) or a 40°F rise (12 kW); the 70°F booster can be field converted to 40°F. Without a booster, supply 180°F water.
A powered 36" prewash with its own 17 gallon tank and 2 HP pump knocks off heavy soil before the wash tank.
The touchscreen shows condition alerts and cleaning steps in several languages, with on-board diagnostics and an automated delime function.
Single-piece hood, scrap screen and stainless upper and lower wash arm manifolds. Insulated doors open a full 180°.
High temperature. It sanitizes with hot water. Order the built-in booster to run on 110°F water, or supply 180°F water without one.
Only if your hot water is below 180°F. Champion offers a built-in 21 kW booster (70°F rise, field convertible to 40°F) or a 12 kW booster (40°F rise). Tell us which one you need when you order.
Champion's sheet calls for 150 CFM at the load end and 400 CFM at the unload end at 1/4" static pressure, with a 3-7/8" x 15-7/8" fabricated duct. Plan this with your mechanical contractor.

Champion asks for water hardness under 3.5 grains per gallon. A Kinetico water softening system is offered as an accessory.
