A single-tank high-temp rack conveyor that washes 255 racks an hour and reuses its own exhaust heat.
The Champion 54 PRO-HR is a 54" single-tank high temperature rack conveyor for hotels, hospitals, schools and busy restaurants. Champion rates it at 255 racks per hour (NSF), up to 5,100 dishes per hour, using 0.39 gallons per rack and 100 gallons per hour at most. Exhaust air energy recovery uses the heat leaving the machine to preheat incoming cold water, and the 21 kW booster is built in, so it runs on a 110°F hot water line. It runs on 3-phase power and is built in left-to-right or right-to-left versions.
Measure doorways and turns on the delivery path: the narrowest side is the 26-11/16" depth, and the crate is about 67-1/2" long.
NSF-rated at 255 racks per hour with a 7.1 ft/min conveyor. Pot and pan mode slows it to 5.4 ft/min, one rack at a time.
Water use is 0.39 gallons per rack and 100 gallons per hour at most. The energy sentinel shuts the pumps off when the machine sits idle.
A heat recovery coil uses the heat in the exhaust air to preheat the incoming cold water, fed through its own 1/2" cold water line.
The touchscreen shows condition alerts and cleaning steps in several languages, with on-board diagnostics and an automated delime function.
Single-piece hood, scrap screen and stainless upper and lower wash arm manifolds. Insulated doors open a full 180°.
High temperature. It sanitizes with hot water, using its built-in 21 kW booster fed with 110°F water.
No separate booster. The 21 kW booster for a 70°F rise is built in, interplumbed and interwired.
Champion's sheet calls for 200 CFM at the load end and 200 CFM at the unload end at 1/4" static pressure, with a 3-7/8" x 15-7/8" fabricated duct. Plan this with your mechanical contractor. Do not let freezing air be drawn into the heat recovery coil when the building vent fan is off.
3-phase power. With the 21 kW booster on one connection the rated amps are: 208V 3-ph: 111 A, 150 A min. circuit; 240V 3-ph: 96 A, 125 A min. circuit; 480V 3-ph: 47 A, 60 A min. circuit; 575V 3-ph: 40 A, 50 A min. circuit.
Yes. Champion builds a steam version with a 1-1/4" NPT steam supply at 10-30 psi and a 3/4" NPT condensate return. It uses 75 lb/hr for the tank and 110 lb/hr for the booster.
It is built as left-to-right or right-to-left. Choose the direction that matches your dish tables before you order; the drawings show both.
