The Champion 66 PRO is a high temperature rack conveyor dishwasher with a 44" single tank and a 22" prewash. Champion rates it at 209 racks per hour (NSF) at a conveyor speed of 5.8 ft/min, using 0.48 gallons per rack and 100 gallons per hour at most. It can run with an optional built-in 12 kW (40°F rise) or 21 kW (70°F rise) booster, or from a 180°F hot water supply without one. This page lists the electric tank heat version.

NSF rated capacity at 5.8 ft/min. Pot and pan mode slows the conveyor to 4.5 ft/min, one rack at a time, with programmable machine dwell in the wash zone.

Order it with no booster on a 180°F supply, or with a built-in booster: it ships set for a 70°F rise (21 kW) and can be field converted to a 40°F rise (12 kW).

Yes, it is high temperature. With 110°F supply water you need the built-in booster (21 kW for a 70°F rise, field convertible to 12 kW for 40°F). With a 180°F supply you can order it without a booster.
Three-phase power at 208, 240, 480 or 575V. With the 21 kW booster on a single connection it draws 116 A at 208V, 101 A at 240V, 50 A at 480V or 42 A at 575V. It ships as a single-point connection and a qualified electrician can convert it to two-point.
