A 24" wide rotary glasswasher that cleans up to 1,200 bar glasses an hour behind the bar.
The Champion CG is a fully automatic rotary glasswasher for bars, lounges and restaurants. Glasses ride a clockwise polypropylene conveyor through upper and lower wash and rinse arms, with a cool final rinse so they are ready to use right away. Champion rates it at 1,200 2-1/2" glasses per hour, and it fits glasses up to 12" tall. It plugs into a 208-220V, 15 amp single-phase circuit with the 6 ft. cord and NEMA 6-15P plug.
The cabinet is 23-7/8" wide; measure the space under or behind the bar, and allow for the 6 ft. cord to reach a 6-15R outlet.
A multi-speed (low, medium, high) direct-drive conveyor with anti-jam protection moves up to 1,200 2-1/2" glasses an hour.
The machine has 12" of clearance, so taller stemware fits.
Champion says the CG uses 38% less water. AI water quality monitoring refreshes the wash water during operation without stopping.
Sensors stop the conveyor without contact to help protect delicate glassware.
Automatic fill, clean and drain, EZ-Clip wash and rinse arms that lift out, and a self-flushing rinse chamber.
Detergent, rinse aid and sanitizer pumps are built in, with room to store three 1-gallon containers.
Low temp. It sanitizes with chemicals from its built-in sanitizer pump and gives a cool final rinse, so glasses are ready right away.
