A 72" pass-through conveyor glasswasher that runs up to 2,000 glasses an hour.
The Champion CG6 is a pass-through conveyor glasswasher built into a 72" cabinet for busy bars, stadiums and banquet service. Glasses travel on a polypropylene conveyor through upper and lower wash and rinse arms and a cold water final rinse, with detergent, sanitizer and rinse aid pumps built in. It runs left-to-right or right-to-left and plugs into a 208-230V, 15 amp single-phase circuit with a 4 ft. cord and NEMA 6-15P plug.
The cabinet is 72" long and 22" deep; the 4 ft. cord needs a 6-15R outlet close to the machine.
Champion rates the conveyor at 2,000 2-1/2" glasses per hour at 14 inches per minute.
Load at one end and unload at the other, left-to-right or right-to-left, with two splash curtains.
Built-in detergent, sanitizer and rinse aid pumps, with a cold water final rinse.
Stainless steel wash and rinse chamber with upper and lower wash and rinse spray arms and a 3 kW electric tank heater.
