A high temperature door type dishwasher that washes 60 racks an hour and doubles as a pot and pan machine.
The Champion DH6000 is a hood-type, high temperature door machine rated at 60 racks per hour on 0.73 gallons per rack. A 2 HP wash pump, a built-in 7.5 kW booster and Rinse Sentry give a 180°F final rinse, and four selectable cycles of 1, 2, 4 and 6 minutes cover dishes through pots and pans. It is NSF dual rated as a dish machine and a pot and pan machine. Champion recommends it for establishments of up to 75 seats.
Check overhead room: the front view measures 67-7/16" to the top of the rinse gauge, and the side view shows a 72" overall height.
NSF rated capacity on the 1-minute cycle, using 0.73 gallons per rack and 39 gallons per hour at most.
Choose 1, 2, 4 or 6 minute cycles by soil load; the longer cycles are the pot and pan mode under its NSF dual rating.
A built-in 7.5 kW booster and Rinse Sentry extend the wash until the booster reaches sanitizing temperature.
Converts from three phase to single phase incoming power, and sets up for front load, corner or pass-through tables.
Heaters power down after a user-set idle period. A cycle counter and on-board diagnostics help with service.
Champion's ratings table lists the machine with its built-in 7.5 kW booster as standard, fed with 110°F to 140°F water, for a 180°F final rinse. Ratings are also given for the machine without the built-in booster.
With the booster on one connection: 208-240V single phase 72-81 A (100 A circuit), 208-240V three phase 48-54 A (60 A circuit) or 480V three phase 21 A (30 A circuit). A dual point connection is an option.

The standard DH6000 sheet lists no vent connection. Champion offers a ventless, heat recovery and condensate removal option (sold as the DH6000-VHR). Check your local code.
