Champion PRO-90B-UNLOAD Powered 90° Corner Unload Table for PRO Series Rack Conveyors
A powered 90° corner unload table that turns racks into or out of a Champion PRO rack conveyor.
The Champion PRO-90B-UNLOAD (Champion sheet name PRO-90B U, 90° unload table) mounts to the unload end of a Champion PRO Series rack conveyor so racks can turn a corner out of the machine. A 1/4 HP chain conveyor drives the racks, it plugs into the dishwasher through a quick-connect receptacle, and the sloped drain carries water away. It handles 18" x 26" sheet pans.
Champion's manual says to check doorway and hall clearances before moving the table; the crate is 33-1/16" square.
Moves racks through a 90° turn out of the rack conveyor, so the machine can fit an L-shaped dish room.
A 1/4 HP chain conveyor runs with the dishwasher; no one has to push racks around the corner.
A quick-connect receptacle wires it to the dishwasher. If a machine has a loader and an unloader, each plug goes to its own table.
The chain conveyor lifts out for cleaning, and the sloped drain carries water off.
Champion says it easily handles 18" x 26" sheet pans.
Champion designed the PRO-90B to mount to Champion PRO Series rack conveyor dishmachines only.
No separate outlet is listed. It connects to the dishwasher with the wire whip stowed on the machine and a quick plug on the table's control cabinet.
This is the unload: it attaches to the unload end of the dishwasher. Champion sells a matching PRO-90B loader for the other end.
