A quiet, low-profile drop-in warmer that keeps a chafer or induction-ready cast iron dish hot on a plain black glass top.
The CookTek B1001-D (part 660701) is the square Silenzio drop-in buffet warmer in the 1,000 W 100-120V version, a U.S.-only model. It sits in a 14.3-inch square counter cutout with a 15-inch black glass-ceramic top that is easy to wipe clean. Automatic pan detection sends energy only when an induction-compatible chafer or enamel cast iron dish is on top. A separate control box with LED display connects by the included patch cable.
CookTek asks for adequate cabinet ventilation under all drop-in models to keep the unit from overheating.

Any induction-compatible (magnetic) chafer or enamel cast ironware. CookTek offers large 6.9 qt. and medium 4.8 qt. round chafers with glass lids (301311 and 301309) as accessories.

CookTek makes the square Silenzio in 650 W and 1,000 W versions; the 1,000 W models are U.S. only. Both share the same 15" square size and 14.3" cutout.
CookTek lists a one-year field-service warranty in the U.S. and Canada.
