A quiet round drop-in warmer that keeps a chafer or induction-ready cast iron dish hot on a black glass top.
The CookTek B652-RD (part 659201) is the Round Silenzio drop-in buffet warmer, the 650 W 200-240V version for the US and Canada. It drops into an 11.7-inch round cutout and shows a 12.19-inch black glass-ceramic top that wipes clean. Automatic pan detection sends energy only when an induction-compatible chafer or enamel cast iron dish is on it. A separate control box with LED display connects by the included patch cable.
CookTek asks for adequate cabinet ventilation under all drop-in models to keep the unit from overheating.
