A drop-in induction hob that heats magnetic pans fast and can hold an exact pan temperature.
The CookTek HRD-9500-SH35-1 is a Helios Standard drop-in single hob induction cooktop for the US and Canada, rated 3,500 W at 200-240V. It sets into a counter cutout with a stainless-steel housing and an easy-to-clean, high-temperature glass-ceramic top. A stand-alone control box mounts with the supplied screws and connects to the hob with the included Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable. You can cook in Power mode or hold the pan bottom at a set temperature from 85 to 425°F in Temperature mode.

High-temperature glass-ceramic top that cleans with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Energy goes to the cookware as soon as it is detected, and an automatic shut-off stops overheating.
An integral grease filter and air baffle keep intake air cleaner, and an internal fan cools the electronics. The filter slides out and is dishwasher safe.
The control box mounts with the supplied screws and connects by the included Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable.
200-240V, 50/60 Hz, single phase, 3,500 W, with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 6-20P plug. CookTek requires a dedicated circuit protected by at least a 20 A breaker.
In Temperature mode it holds the pan bottom from 85 to 425°F. Use a contact thermometer for the food itself.
Induction-compatible (magnetic) pans with flat bottoms. CookTek notes that pans under 7" across may heat unevenly.
13.13" W x 13.13" D. Leave 6" of open space under the unit with cool air openings.
Unplug it and let it cool. Wipe the glass with mild detergent or glass cooktop cream and the stainless housing with a mild cleanser. Clean the grease filter every two weeks; it is dishwasher safe.
CookTek lists a two-year advanced replacement warranty in the U.S. and Canada.
