The CookTek Round SinAqua IDW650S (663601) is a waterless drop-in buffet warmer with an aluminum housing and a high-impact polycarbonate interior. It drops into an 11.25" round cutout and holds an 11.25" CookTek round pan, which is sold separately and required. Automatic pan detection sends 650 watts of induction to the pan and uses almost no energy when the well is empty. It runs on 100-120 VAC single phase with a NEMA 5-15P plug and needs no water line or drain.
