Scotsman B330P 30" Wide Modular Ice Storage Bin, 344 lb. Capacity, Plastic Exterior
A 30-inch-wide insulated bin that stores up to 344 lb. of ice under a Scotsman modular ice machine.
The Scotsman B330P is a 30" wide modular ice storage bin with a rotocast plastic exterior. It holds up to 344 lb. of ice and stands 37" tall on its 6" legs. Foamed-in polyurethane insulation preserves the ice, and the polyethylene liner is sanitary and easy to clean. The ice machine on top is sold separately.
Plan the height of the bin and ice machine together: the bin alone is 37" tall on its legs.
Application capacity is 344 lb. of ice, based on 90% of total volume at 34 lb. per cubic foot.
The door has hidden hinges and is spring loaded for easy opening and closing.
An ice scoop is included, and the bin has a built-in scoop holder.
The baffle removes without tools, and the polyethylene interior is sanitary, easy to clean and resists scuffs from scoops.
Polyurethane foam is forced between the wall and liner under heat and pressure to preserve the ice supply for long periods.
A recessed 3/4" NPT bin drain fitting gives maximum installation flexibility.
Scotsman's sizing chart lists 30" modular heads such as the MC0330 and MC0530 on this bin, and 22" modular heads with the KBT27 bin top (except MC222L). The ice machine is sold separately.
344 lb. That is Scotsman's application capacity: 90% of the bin's total volume at 34 lb. of ice per cubic foot.
The bin is 31" tall without legs; add 6" for the legs, for 37" overall. With the door open it reaches 47.24" without legs.
The bin has a recessed 3/4" NPT drain fitting, which Scotsman designed for maximum installation flexibility. Allow 6" at the back for utility connections.
Yes. Scotsman offers the KBC1P caster kit: 3.5" wheels, 2 of them locking.
Scotsman covers the bin for 3 years parts and labor on all components for commercial installations in North, South and Central America.
