The Scotsman BL1048S is a large upright modular ice storage bin with a stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant poly liner. It holds up to 1,000 lb. of ice and measures 48" W x 31" D x 54.4" H on its 6" adjustable legs. The first ice that drops in is the first ice that comes out, so the ice stays fresh. It comes assembled, with a stainless steel universal adapter plate for most ice maker setups.

The included stainless steel universal adapter plate works with most ice maker setups. For the MC222L remote head and for paired heads Scotsman lists bin top kits: KBT71 bin top for one MC222L; KBT72 bin top for two MC222L. Scotsman's sizing chart also lists 22", 30" and 48" modular heads on BL bins.
