The Scotsman CU0715MAX-1 is a self-contained undercounter ice machine with built-in storage. It makes medium cubes (7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8") and produces up to 80 lb. per 24 hours at 70°F air / 50°F water and 53 lb. at 90°F / 70°F, with a 36 lb. bin. It is air-cooled, runs on 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power with a cord, and uses R290 refrigerant. The unit measures 15" W x 24" D x 38" H including its 6" adjustable legs.
For a 34" ADA counter, an optional floor mount kit lowers the overall height to 31.9".
The ergonomic bin door slides back for easy access to the ice. An ice scoop is included.
A unique evaporator makes crystal-clear cubes; Scotsman calls the large, slow-melting cube ideal for mixed drinks.
Air goes in and out at the front, so no side clearance is required: Scotsman recommends 1/8" at the sides, 1/4" on top and 4" at the back.
