The Scotsman NS2030W-3 is a Prodigy Plus modular nugget ice machine head that makes Original Chewable Nugget ice, the softer of Scotsman's two nugget types. It produces up to 2,121 lb. per 24 hours at 70°F air / 50°F water and 1,762 lb. at 90°F / 70°F. It is water-cooled, using 99 gallons of condenser water per 100 lb. of ice at 90°F air / 70°F water on top of the potable water that becomes ice. It runs on 208-230V, 60 Hz, 3-phase power with R-404A refrigerant. The head is 30" W x 24" D x 29" H and needs a bin below it, such as the Scotsman B948S, BH1100, BH1300 or BH1600 bins.
