The Summit CL155WC1 is a 15" wide single-zone wine cellar that Summit describes for residential storage. Its front-breathing system allows built-in installation, and the finished black cabinet also allows freestanding use. A seamless 304 grade stainless trim frames the gently tinted glass door, which hangs on a fully articulating European hinge, with a lock in the kickplate. Inside, dimmable white LED lighting in the side walls shows five black steel shelves, set from 41 to 68°F.
Five flat steel shelves hold 20 Bordeaux or Burgundy bottles, and the slotted floor holds 3 more under 10-3/4" high.
Set it for red, white or sparkling wine, with a Fahrenheit or Celsius readout and fan-forced cooling.
Black steel shelves with 304 stainless trim also store cans and other beverages, and lift out for tall bottles.
Open door alarm after one minute, high temperature alarm, and a memory that restores settings after a power loss.
A keyed lock in the kickplate; Sabbath mode disables the lighting and alarm for up to 96 hours.
No logo on the exterior, so it blends with other appliances; Summit pairs it with the CL156BV1 or CL24BV1 beverage centers.
