The Summit FOCUS131 is a 12.4 cu. ft. commercial ice cream freezer made for Summit by Elcold in Denmark. Two tempered glass lids slide on ball-bearing glides, and the angled top lets customers see the contents for impulse sales. An outside digital thermostat sets anywhere from -13 to 23°F (factory set at -4°F), and four epoxy-coated wire baskets come with it for novelties. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet and is UL-S listed to NSF-7 for commercial use.
