A 30-inch Italian-made gas cooktop with 5 sealed burners, continuous cast iron grates and flame failure protection.
The Summit GCJ5SS is a 29.5" wide built-in gas cooktop made in Italy with a 304 grade stainless steel surface. It has 5 sealed Defendi burners with cast iron caps, 38,100 BTU in total, from a 3,400 BTU auxiliary burner for low heat up to a 12,700 BTU burner for large pots. It comes preset for natural gas with an LP conversion kit in the box. A 115V cord powers the electronic spark ignition. Although it is 29.5" wide, it fits many standard 24" wide cutouts (22" x 18.88").
You need both a gas line and a 115V outlet under the counter.
