The Summit SPHC30 is a 30" wide single drawer that works as a refrigerator drawer at 36°F to 43°F or as a warming drawer at 80°F to 200°F. Use cooling mode for drinks and snacks, and warming mode to help bread dough rise or hold dishes warm until serving. The 304 grade stainless steel drawer has a pro style handle and accepts overlay panels. It holds 2.4 cu. ft. and ships with a removable dish rack. Weatherproof construction with a sealed back allows indoor or outdoor installation, and Summit lists it as ETL-S to NSF-7.
Summit lists 15 amps for this unit, so plan the circuit before installation.
