A fully integrated wine cellar that builds into cabinetry and keeps 51 bottles in two temperature zones.
The Summit VC60D is a dual-zone wine cellar made for fully integrated installation in a cabinet opening. Its cabinet is unfinished, so it is meant to be built in, with a double pane tempered glass door in seamless stainless steel trim facing the room. It holds up to 51 Bordeaux or 36 Burgundy bottles. The lower zone keeps reds and blush at 55-72°F, and the upper zone keeps whites and cooler blush at 41-55°F.
Build the opening to Summit's cutout size before delivery and follow the manual's ventilation spacing.
