Winco's equipment warranty is one year on parts and labor for most machines, with two longer terms for named products. Smallwares such as pans, utensils and dinnerware are not covered by this equipment policy.

- Register the equipment within 30 days of installation on Winco's online warranty registration form, or the warranty can be voided.
- Commercial use only. Residential installation voids the warranty, and so do installation that doesn't follow Winco's instructions, unauthorized repairs, non-Winco parts, moving the unit without Winco's written approval, and a removed serial plate.
- Field service needs a Winco authorized service agency within 50 miles (100 miles round trip); travel beyond that is billed to the owner.
- Not covered: light bulbs, fuses, glass, gaskets, hinges and handles, feet and casters, paint and decals, racks, trays, baskets and accessories, cleaning and routine maintenance, normal wear and misuse.

Certifications and ENERGY STAR

Choosing Winco cooking and concession equipment
- Gas griddles: manual (M) models use one control per 12" burner; thermostatic (T) models hold a set temperature, which helps when several cooks share the plate.
- Gas fryers: pick 40, 50 or 70 lb. of oil by volume, and order the -NG or -LP version that matches your gas supply.
- Electric countertop units such as the EFS-16 fryer and most warmers run on 120V; the larger EGD electric griddles need 208/240V. Check the plug and voltage on each product page.
- Popcorn machines: kettle size (4, 6, 8 or 14 oz.) sets the output; match portion packs to the kettle size.
- Mixers: the EMP-20 and EMP-30 take standard #12 hub attachments, such as Winco's meat grinder and vegetable slicer attachments.
