Everest Refrigeration ETF3 Three-Door Side-Mount Commercial Worktop Freezer, 71-1/8" Wide
The Everest Refrigeration ETF3 is a three-door commercial worktop freezer with 22 cu. ft. of storage in a 71-1/8" wide, 31-1/2" deep cabinet. Its 16-gauge stainless steel top turns frozen storage into extra prep space, and it also works as an undercounter freezer when installed below an existing counter. It is built for restaurants, ice cream and dessert shops, bars and catering kitchens.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration System
Cooling comes from Everest's side-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit, a self-contained, fully detachable cartridge using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (zero ODP, GWP of 3) that can be replaced without on-site brazing. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air evenly, and defrost runs automatically. A self-maintaining condensate pan needs no drain line, and an auto-reverse condenser fan helps keep the coil clean.
Digital Temperature Control
A multi-function digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display ships preset to -4°F and can be set as low as -10°F.
Durable Stainless Steel Construction
The interior and exterior are heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners, plus a galvanized steel bottom and rear and 2-1/2" high-density polyurethane insulation. The self-closing doors use an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal, with snap-in magnetic gaskets, recessed handles, frame heaters and pre-installed locks. Inside, six epoxy-coated steel wire shelves (two per section) sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Shatter-proof, silicone-coated LED lighting brightens the interior with low heat output. Four 5" swivel casters (front pair locking) make it easy to roll out for cleaning. Available options include interchangeable legs (AJL03-00), a 4" stainless steel backsplash (BKSPL04-00), a 3" caster assembly (CASA3-01), and an NSF double overshelf (OS28-00).
